What moves the number
Four things that change your price
Size and door count
More doors and drawers means more material and more install time.
Reface, new or a mix
Refacing keeps your boxes. New cabinets replace everything. A mix does both.
Countertops
You buy direct from the fabricator, with no JSB markup. We coordinate the install.
Accessories
Roll-out trays, pan organizers, spice pull-outs and other upgrades.
It covers problems caused by faulty installation, including materials damaged by defective workmanship. It doesn't cover labor or product replacement unless the problem comes from an installation defect. It applies to the homeowners who signed the contract and doesn't transfer to heirs or new owners.
No. Kitchen floors usually run into the rooms next to them, so a flooring company can replace the whole area more cost-effectively. We're happy to recommend flooring companies and coordinate the schedule.
No. We coordinate the schedule with trusted countertop companies in the Columbus area, and you buy the countertop directly from the supplier, so you don't pay our markup on it. You can see samples at a showroom appointment.
Organizers that make your cabinets work harder: utensil and pan organizers, roll-out trays, adjustable shelves, single and double trash roll-outs, cookie-tray and spice pull-outs, and more.
Yes. Combining the two is called a hybrid project. For example, you could reface your existing uppers and lowers and add or replace a pantry cabinet.
Refacing updates the parts you see (face frames, doors and drawer fronts) and keeps your existing cabinet boxes and shelves. Replacing removes the whole cabinet, box included, and installs new ones.
All JSB cabinets are built by Amish craftsmen in Ohio. New cabinets are solid hardwood, and refacing uses 1/4" hardwood. Standard features include dovetail drawer joints, hardwood-core doors and drawer fronts, all-hardwood cabinet boxes and drawer glides rated for 100 lbs. Because they're made to order, you can choose any door style and color.
